Traditional English Afternoon Tea Service – by advance reservation only:
We serve a splendid Traditional Afternoon Tea, made to order and served using vintage china, heritage silver and fine table linen. If you wish to host your own Afternoon Tea in the comfort of your home, we will box up all menu items for you to pick up. Just set your table for you and your guests, put the kettle on and brew the tea. Please call or email us to let us know day and time of pick-up, and if there are special requests. You can also order online during business hours at beansinthebelfry.zenpepper.com. In the Barista area, scroll down to Tea and select Tea Service – Adult. Be sure to leave your email address and phone number so we can follow-up. We look forward to serving you.

Open Music Jams:
Old Time Open Jam takes place on 1st and 3rd Sunday, 1pm to 5pm open to all with a fiddle, banjo, mandolin or guitar that wish to join an open group for merry music making.
- Bluegrass Open Jam, 2nd and 4th Sunday, from 1pm to 5pm. Feel free to join the group and enjoy lively home-grown music the way it was meant to be. Great for listening, too.
Fridays:
On Select Fridays from 7pm to 9pm, comfy seating, full menu, beer and wine, $10 suggested donation at the door:
1st Friday: passionate blues, light rock by Jimi Cupino Project, on guitar, sax, drums, bass.
2nd Friday in November: Moon Music playing popular hits on guitar, piano, percussion and three-part harmony vocals
3rd Friday in November: Kindred Crow, a pagan musical spectacle not to be missed.
4th Friday in November: live Jazz with award winning drummer Jeff Cosgrove accompanied by sax, bass, varies every time.
Saturdays:
- Games Club of Maryland, board games and card games 3rd Saturday from 1 to 6pm open to public and novices are welcome. Club members bring all supplies and are ready to teach you a new hobby.

Private Events / Dinner by reservation
Beans in the Belfry is available to host private parties, Showers, Receptions, Benefits, Galas, Teen Ice Cream or Milkshake Socials, Children’s Tea, and Birthday parties. We serve dinner in the evening by advance reservation to families and groups after business hours and by advance reservation. For more information, please contact us.
Special Events: in March: Big St. Patrick’s Day Concert by Craggy Island, specially prepared Irish lamb stew and Guinness; in September: Wine and chocolate tasting during the Wine and Chocolate Walk, enjoy ‘champagne’ one of three ways: Mimosa, Bellini or au naturel; in October: Railroad Days Brunswick Street Festival first weekend in October; in December: Pop-Up open air Christmas Market, Saturday, December 3, 3 to 7pm, featuring holiday vendors, roasted chestnuts, hot spiced wine, activities to be announced.
